FAQs regarding our ironing service.


How do I book your ironing service?

It‘s simple, complete our Booking Form or contact us on 07908 405 938. We will then contact you and confirm the collection and return dates and times.

What's your turnaround time?

We provide a 24 to 48 hour turnaround service, but you can schedule any return date and time in excess of a 24 hour period to suit your requirements. Please note our collection and return operational times.

What are your ironing costs?

We operate a transparent pricing policy and our price list can be found here. Before we return your ironing we will provide you with a fully itemised invoice including the total number of items provided.

Do you have a minimum order value?

Yes, we have a minimum order value of £10.00.

Do I need to be in when you collect and return my ironing?

No, we can collect your ironing from a secure area of your house such as an unlocked porch, garage or even via a neighbour. You will need to inform us of any special arrangements when you make a booking.

How should I pack my ironing?

We provide each customer with a laundry bag. If you are a new customer we will bring this with us on collection. If you are a regular customer we will leave a laundry bag with you to fill with your ironing. We prefer all ironed clothing to be hung for return transportation. You can either supply your own hangers or we will supply wire hangers at a cost of 15p per hanger. Alternatively, we can fold items at a cost of £0.15 per garment.

I am moving home, can I keep using your services?

If you move to another property in Sutton Coldfield then you can. If you move outside of Sutton Coldfield then there may be a charge for the collection and return of your ironing.
